Yoga Mamma Karma Baby is a pregnancy yoga class run in Stourbridge. The teacher Nicola is very experienced and knowledgeable, a real asset to any woman's pregnancy journey. The classes involve yoga postures adapted to pregnancy. Yoga in pregnancy can help maintain strength, suppleness and stamina whilst also preparing you for child birth. Relaxation and breathing exercises are also a key aspect of the group. At Breathe Holistic Therapy I have seen many women who have enjoyed and benefited from Nicola's yoga classes.
Puddle Ducks run swimming groups for you to enjoy during your pregnancy in local swimming pools including DW Sports Kidderminster. The classes are designed to combine relaxation with cardio-vascular exercise. The benefits can include maintaining fitness, improving sleep and an opportunity to meet other mums-to-be.
