The number and frequency of treatments required varies depending on your own needs. An individual reflexology treatment, for example, can be very relaxing and enjoyable but all treatments are most effective when a number of sessions are attended. Your own treatment plan can be discussed at your first appointment or during an initial discussion. There is no charge for a teklephone consulation prior to booking.
