Mindfulness Meditation

You can experience this short breathing space meditation from Breathe Holistic Therapy Kidderminster as often as you like to promote a sense of calm open awareness, a pause from the constant work of "doing" .  

The meditation can be listened to as often as you choose,but please ensure it is a safe time for you to relax and close your eyes.

The meditation was inspired by the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn who developed the practice of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
